Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not controlled by ODACHII and are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, please allow 2–6 weeks for manufacturing and delivery.

You will receive:

• An order confirmation email
• A dispatch notification once your order ships

Return to Sender Policy

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failure to collect from the carrier
• Unpaid customs or import duties
• Any customer-related error

A re-shipping fee will apply.

If re-shipping is declined:

• Original shipping costs are forfeited
• Refund or store credit will be issued for the product cost only, excluding shipping
