At ODACHII, we want you to love your gear — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Australian Consumer Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item:
- Is faulty or damaged
- Is not as described
- Doesn’t do what it’s meant to
This applies regardless of warranty.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as:
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- You have proof of purchase
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
❌ We cannot accept returns on opened software, clearance items, or custom-built products unless faulty.
How to Start a Return
- Email team@odachii.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Refunds will be sent to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for funds to appear.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or stops working properly:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos/videos of the issue
- We’ll work fast to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund — no stress
Important Notes
- We are not liable for items returned without approval
- We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet policy conditions
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
